The Moorings Coastal Estate

This newly completed residence at 405 Putter Point Drive in Naples’ prestigious Moorings neighborhood represents a thoughtful transformation developed in collaboration with Diamond Custom Homes, with architecture by Karen Velasco-Carter and landscape design by Outside Productions International. Our design for this 5,045-square-foot contemporary coastal estate centered on creating a light, airy home, seamlessly blending indoor-outdoor living with refined sophistication.

We focused on a coastal aesthetic anchored by a palette of light-stained white oak, quartzite, stone porcelain tile and neutral tones accented by soft steel blue and gray. The design emphasizes clean architectural lines and natural materials to create a serene, connected atmosphere. Our work included comprehensive custom millwork throughout the home, from the kitchen and bar to the primary bath, morning bar and a custom entertainment built-in in the great room. A signature design element is our use of natural cane and rattan inserts within the cabinetry, bringing European-inspired texture while prioritizing sustainability.

Custom details include sliding cabinetry doors in the great room, mirror paneling in the primary bathroom and island cabinetry designed to discreetly conceal outlets. The home’s dramatic two-story foyer with floating staircase and thoughtful material selections, including stone cladding used both inside and out, ensure every detail reflects quality craftsmanship and timeless coastal elegance.
