Vanderbilt Beach Estate

This stunning new construction residence at 141 Channel Drive in Naples, is the result of a collaborative vision with Stofft Cooney Architects and Diamond Custom Homes. Our design for this waterfront estate centered on creating a move-in-ready home embodying coastal elegance. We focused on a coastal modern aesthetic, blending clean lines and sophistication with a practical and inviting atmosphere. The design is anchored by a neutral color palette of crisp whites, dark grays and natural tones, creating a harmonious and relaxing environment. Our work included comprehensive interior design and custom cabinetry throughout the home.

The home’s interior is defined by unique features and bespoke millwork. A custom floating staircase with a metal mono stringer and white oak treads creates a striking first impression. In the kitchen, we designed custom cabinetry with contrasting finishes, along with lighted wood inlays and a built-in Wolf coffee system. The moody, darker butler’s pantry features wire mesh inserts for a sophisticated touch. Beyond the custom cabinetry, we specified premium materials like wide-plank white oak flooring and imported lighting, ensuring every detail reflects the highest standard of luxury and craftsmanship.
